Can my print be made at an enlarged or custom size?
The good news is, Yes! Most prints on canvas can be enlarged to any size. Just drop us an email or call us to find out if the image you like can be reproduced at the size you need. We've greatly enlarged and custom fitted many prints for specific spaces.
How long does it take for my print to ship?
Delivery time usually takes 1-2 weeks from the time of order depending on whether you a print(s) on canvas or print(s) on paper and the shipping destination. From the time you place your order to the day it ships is usually about 5 business days for a print on paper and 8 for a print on canvas. Expect an additional 1-5 days for shipping, depending on where you live in relationship to Charleston SC.
Can my print order be rushed?
Yes! It's best to call or email us, so we know your timeline and can let you know how soon it can be delivered. Some prints have been made in a day, so we'll do our best to deliver your print in time!

How long will my prints last?
The lifetime of your print depends on how it is treated. If your print is kept in normal household or office conditions, in a temperature controlled environment and away from direct contact with moisture and high humidity it will last 100 years or more. Both prints on paper and on canvas are made on archival material with archival inks. These prints are made to last a hundred years or more.
Do I need to keep my print away from sunlight?
Because of the archival-quality materials that the prints are made with, the pigment is designed to retain color in sunlight for a hundred years or more. Reduced time in direct sunlight may however, contribute your print's colors staying vibrant long beyond 100 years.
